Mumbai: In the latest episode of Deepa Shahi and Rajan Shahi’s Anupamaa, emotions flare up as Anupama once again takes a stand for her loved ones while facing opposition from her own family.
The episode begins on a warm note with Banku getting deeply inspired by the love story of Anupama and Anuj. Dreaming of finding true love someday, he shares his thoughts while Anupama blesses him. Soon, Ishani joins them and questions why Anupama insists on decorating mugs with handprints. Banku explains that Anupama believes handmade creations carry emotions and memories, recalling how their handmade pamphlets once attracted more attention. Ishani later takes Banku along to help her with some work.
Meanwhile, tensions explode at home when Paritosh forcefully drags Mahi out after learning that she has sent a divorce notice to Gautam. Kinjal tries to stop him, but Paritosh fears Gautam will destroy the entire family because of Mahi’s actions. Anupama rushes to protect Mahi and angrily confronts Paritosh for his behaviour. She even throws a slipper at him in fury. Leela, however, sides against Mahi and demands that Anupama leave the house as well. Refusing to stay silent, Anupama gives Paritosh a sharp reality check for supporting Gautam blindly.
Elsewhere, Gautam manipulates Prerna by suggesting that neither Prem nor Rahi values her efforts. He taunts her for failing to open a restaurant and for not receiving enough attention from Prem, leaving Prerna upset and frustrated. Later, Shruti questions Prerna about her feelings for Prem. Though Prerna clarifies that Prem is only a friend, Shruti warns her to maintain distance from Prem and Rahi or risk being thrown out of their lives.
At the market, Ishani apologises to Banku for Pakhi’s rude treatment towards him. Banku, however, handles the situation maturely and says he was not hurt by Pakhi’s words. Pakhi later notices the two spending time together and becomes uncomfortable.
Back home, Anupama motivates herself to ignore negativity and focus on opening her café, while Digvijay continues to support her. Trouble brews again when Pakhi accuses Banku of trying to get close to Ishani despite being a servant. Digvijay firmly stands by Banku and proudly calls him his son. Both Digvijay and Anupama encourage Banku to continue his studies and chase his dreams.
The episode ends on an emotional note as Paresh asks Anupama to vacate the house within two days. Feeling guilty, Digvijay decides to leave, but Anupama refuses to let anyone go. Determined to overcome every challenge, she remains hopeful that the café’s launch will change everything for the better.
